WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most of our products take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Our products are made to order, please allow at least 72 hours to ship. Orders can take up to 2-5 business days to process.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information and other details related to delivery.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, but cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Yes! Your satisfaction is important to us. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Please email us at hello@shopgatherandgrow.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your name
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)
If your return is approved, our Customer Support team will provide you with a prepaid return label (when applicable) and instructions for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Please Note: Because many of our products are personalized and made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part.
