At Gather & Grow, every order is created with care and made especially for you. Because our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Our goal is simple: if we've made a mistake, we'll make it right.

Made-to-Order Products

Each item is custom printed or handcrafted after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color selection changes
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Personalized products containing customer-entered information
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we'll gladly replace your item or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, we are unable to make changes.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has not arrived within a reasonable delivery window, please contact us.

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with our production partners to provide an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered during checkout and production has already begun, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipping.
