At Gather & Grow, every order is created with care and made especially for you. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, our shipping process is a little different from traditional retailers—but we believe it's worth the wait.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our production partners begin creating your item specifically for you.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

Please note that personalized items, high order volumes, holidays, and seasonal demand may occasionally require additional production time.

Shipping Times

At this time, Gather & Grow proudly ships within the United States only.

After production is complete, most orders arrive within:

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Multiple Shipments

Because we partner with multiple production facilities, items purchased in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

If this happens, don't worry—your remaining items are still on their way.

You'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Personalized Orders

Personalized products require additional attention during production to ensure your custom details are printed accurately.

Please double-check all personalization information before placing your order.

Once production begins, personalized information cannot be changed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

While we'll do everything we can to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once production has started.

If a package is returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to:

Severe weather
Holiday shipping volumes
Carrier delays
Other circumstances beyond our control

If your tracking information has not updated for several days or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us. We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier and our production partners to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request promptly and work to make things right.

Holiday & Seasonal Orders

Back-to-school, Teacher Appreciation Week, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, and other holidays are our busiest times of the year.

During these periods, production and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.

We encourage placing holiday orders early to ensure the best chance of on-time delivery.

Every Gather & Grow product is made only after it's ordered.

By producing items on demand rather than keeping large inventories, we're able to reduce unnecessary waste while creating products with intention and care.
